Photography is a collaborative art form, in which notable success relies heavily on the intimate relationship between the artist and subject. This symbiotic interaction, is clearly personified through the art of portraiture.
Regarding portrait work, I prioritize my efforts on projects, and/or people who focus both talent and energy in such a manner that positively impacts others.
If you or someone you know needs portraits and fits the description above, drop me a line. I'd love the opportunity to collaborate with you on your next project.

THE DEFINITION OF SACRIFICE
"An act of extreme selflessness, which as a direct result, preserves something deemed greater in value.”
For years I thought my military service was enough. In retrospect, I couldn’t have been more wrong. With age comes wisdom, solidifying the realization that I’m required to give more.
I wrestled with this internal conviction for more than a decade. More specifically, I struggled to understand how my God given talents and my passion for photography can coexist in collaborative effort to give back. While the finalized plan was unclear, the projects cornerstone was immediately apparent. The missions overall success would unequivocally require dedication, selflessness and sacrifice.
After analyzing these three factors, it became obviously apparent how I was to narrow my focus… In my opinion, there’s no earthly sacrifice greater than that which is demonstrated daily by our nations veterans and the families that support them.
Public acknowledgment and support for veterans tend to surge and percolate with media representation, in which their inadequate ability to prioritize military support cultivates a blind eye. This is unacceptable.
I am a firm believer in the healing power of words and the thought provoking impact of pictures. The Definition Of Sacrifice is a mission dedicated to maintaining respectable focus and relevancy for our military veterans through visual documentation and personal story.
As this project unfolds, it will yield breathtaking images, and factual accounts written directly by veterans and their families. An open canvas where contributors can speak their mind, encourage others, and most importantly provide a quantifiable reminder that we are not alone.
Everyone has a story to tell. If by telling your story, you were able to positively impact just one life, wouldn’t it be worth it?
I am actively seeking voluntary contributors for this project to include but not limited to; active duty military, prior service veterans and gold star family members. In addition I need collaborators and supporters to help with logistics.
